Return & Refund Policy 

If you need assistance with a return, refund, or order concern, please contact us at purestrengthsupps@yahoo.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and each case is handled individually with care.

Pure Strength Supps follows strict policies to protect product quality, safety, and compliance. Please review the following sections carefully.

Damages in Transit

If your item was damaged during transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS) or our third-party shipping insurance provider to issue a replacement.

You must notify us within 3 days of the order being marked Delivered on the tracking information.

Required for damage claims:

  • Photos of damaged packaging + product
  • Order number

Lost in Transit

We can file a lost parcel claim if:

  • The tracking number has not updated for 7 days, or
  • A package is marked “Delivered” but has not been received after 5 days

Required for lost package claims:

  • Order number


Unopened Product Returns

We only accept returns for sealed, unopened, unused products in original condition.

We do not provide return labels for unopened product returns.
We do not refund initial shipping costs.


Required:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Opened Products – No Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened product, regardless of reason.

This includes dissatisfaction with:

  • Flavor
  • Texture or clumping (normal due to hygroscopic ingredients)
  • Mixability
  • Performance

Clumping is a normal characteristic of many supplement ingredients and is not considered a defect.

International Orders

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all duties, taxes, and import restrictions.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for international orders (opened or unopened).

If customs rejects or seizes a shipment:

  • We do not refund seized items
  • If customs returns the order to us, we refund 85% of the product value once received and verified
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If we incur return freight charges, those fees are deducted from your refund
